Since becoming established in the mid-1990s the firm has assembled an impressive portfolio of land holdings. Broad in scope and imagination, the firm’s communities currently under development include a magnificent recreational village and marina at Big Bay Point on Lake Simcoe; a new live/work/play village in Bradford/Bond Head; infill communities of several hundred homes in the greater Barrie area; and an extremely successful master-planned ravine community in Whitchurch-Stouffville just north of Toronto.

Our independent building division, Geranium Homes, was founded in 1977. The company’s considerable knowledge base brings extensive experience in product and community design and new home construction to each Geranium community.
